Real estate and renovations have always been a passion for Leara Deane. Leara thrives on the art of making spaces best suited for functionality and lifestyle. It was renovation of her own house in Bernal Heights that sparked the drive for her to dedicate her career to helping other people find and create their own dream homes. Leara joined the expanding Gregg Lynn Team in 2022 and leverages the Team’s unparalleled support to elevate her service of existing clients, and further the Team’s presence in San Francisco’s thriving real estate market.

Leara has been a sales professional for over 20 years, continuously striving to exceed her client’s expectations and meet their real estate goals. Leara combines an energetic and personal approach with savvy negotiating skills to deliver Gregg Lynn Team caliber representation to buyers and sellers at all price levels. Her emphasis is on her clientele and ensuring the sales or purchase process will go as smoothly as possible. Leara’s honesty and integrity paired with her work ethic have resulted in lasting relationships.

Leara is originally from New Jersey and earned her BA in economics and psychology from Rutgers University. She has lived in Phoenix, Arizona, where she worked in financial sales, and in the Czech Republic and Germany, where she worked in business development in IT. She and her husband settled in San Francisco in 2009. They and their daughter and twin sons happily reside in Bernal Heights. Leara enjoys traveling, hiking with her golden retriever, and being active in the community.
