Caleb Bennett-Waugh

Caleb Bennett-Waugh joins the Gregg Lynn Team from a successful San Francisco Bay Area real estate practice where he advised clients in $50,000,000+ in transactions. On behalf of his clients Caleb leverages the unrivaled marketing leadership of the Team to deliver the gold standard of client representation. Caleb represents buyers and sellers throughout the city, yet his passion is the diverse downtown/South of Market neighborhoods where he and his partner both work and live.
 
Prior to landing in the San Francisco Bay Area, Caleb spent years in New York City. A firm believer in community, he has been active in a number of volunteer activities involving youth, developmentally disabled, those in crises, and the arts.
