For 10 years my team and I have been honoring an annual tradition of escaping San Francisco’s chilly January weather for a warm-climate venue to reflect on the achievements of the prior year and strategize new opportunities to ensure the success of our clients in the year ahead.
January 2021 was the first year we did not meet in Puerto Vallarta, Hawaii, Las Vegas, or Palm Springs in favor of Covid-compliant virtual meetings. So it was all the sweeter when each team member made their entrance in our Mid-Century digs in 75-degree Palm Springs last Tuesday!
Joined by our secret weapon, Liz Bentley of Liz Bentley Associates, our team spent four sun soaked days conducting group and individual meetings focused on harnessing our team’s unique differentiators to take our business – and the goals of our clients – to the next level in 2022. Each evening we celebrated 2021’s banner year of $402,000,000 in closed sales with cocktails and divine cuisine in some of Palm Springs’ favorite outdoor dining spots. By Friday afternoon we were not only tanned and relaxed, but anxious to return to the city to put our plans into action!
