Our Team just returned from our annual powerful off-site planning retreat. For nearly a decade our team has packed our passports for a recap, recharge and refocus for the year ahead… and our 2023 retreat raised the bar. Following a highly volatile year (new teammates joined, babies born, interest rates rose, market headwinds met and national real estate sales slowed) each member of our team was more than ready for the sunny beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!
Breakthrough sessions with our extraordinary leadership coach Liz Fetterolf Bentley reoriented us to our strengths & blindspots; our friend & Sotheby’s International Realty guru/thought-leader Thomas Wright Real Estate shared groundbreaking insights; new marketing initiatives were unveiled by our CMO Sara Thandi; and our team processes were recalibrated by Jon Egan Jaymie Margaret Costello & Jim Riewer who spearhead our team’s internal & client systems.
Returning our 4th time to the incomparable Villa Verano felt like home - friendly staff in the perfect cliffside location. Guacamole was consumed, myriad bottles of 1942 were shared, and late-night laughter deepened our bonds. We love achieving for our clients and we love working together. I am so grateful for our team! Thank you, everyone, for your participation.
